Nokusa Engineering Informatics (NokusaEI) is a special expertise partner of SAP Africa. The area of expertise is within the SAP Enterprise Content Management area of SAP.

 

NokusaEI has been a partner of SAP since 1997, first as a PLM Lifecycle Data Management partner and most recently NokusaEI have been appointed as the ONLY SAP ECM Partner. NokusaEI is the recipient of the prestigious "SAP Africa Service Partner Excellence" award and has consistently been recognised for outstanding service excellence since the award’s inception in 2004, the award is based on customer satisfaction as measured by an annual global customer survey of all SAP Service Partners that focuses on the quality of service and the partner's implementation capabilities.
